These terms apply when you access or use Switch Learn. Switch eLearning operates the portal. By using it, you agree to these terms. If an organisation provides your access, its own policies may also apply.
Your account
Give accurate account information, keep your password private and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. An organisation administrator may create, update, suspend or remove accounts for people learning through that organisation.
Course access
You may access courses assigned by your organisation or purchased for your own use. Access lasts for the period shown at enrolment or checkout, or for the period agreed with the organisation. A course may require activities to be completed in order, a minimum score, or a limited number of attempts.
Completion and certificates
Progress, results and certificates depend on the completion rules configured for each course. Do not interfere with tracking, submit another person’s work or misrepresent completion. We may correct records where a technical or administrative error is confirmed.
Acceptable use
Do not use Switch Learn unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload harmful material, disrupt the service, probe its security, harass another person or use automated tools to copy content or overload the portal.
Course content and intellectual property
Switch Learn, its course content, branding, software and materials are owned by Switch eLearning or its licensors. Your access is a limited right to use the material for the learning purpose provided. You may not copy, publish, sell, modify or redistribute it unless we give written permission or the law allows it.
Purchases, cancellations and refunds
For an individual purchase, the price, currency and access period are shown before payment. Payment is handled by our payment provider. Contact support@switchelearning.com.au if something is wrong with a purchase or course. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Availability and linked services
We work to keep Switch Learn available and accurate, but maintenance, internet failures and third-party services can sometimes interrupt access. Some courses may use linked services such as live conversation scenarios. We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control, but we will help investigate problems reported to us.
Training information
Courses provide general learning and workplace guidance. They do not replace professional, legal, medical, financial or safety advice tailored to a particular situation. Follow applicable workplace procedures and seek qualified advice where needed.
Suspension or ending access
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, serious misuse, non-payment or an organisation’s instructions. Where practical, we will explain the reason and what can be done next.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the portal. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is limited only where the law allows. These terms do not limit guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and update date will appear here. These terms are governed by the laws applying in Queensland, Australia.
